We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your event booking. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines our terms for cancellations, modifications, and refunds for our event management services in Pokhara, Nepal.
Please read this policy carefully before making a booking, as all clients are bound by these terms upon confirmation of booking.
Important Notice:
All booking deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. The deposit secures your event date, reserves venue capacity, and covers initial planning and coordination costs.
Standard deposit amounts:
Minor changes such as guest count adjustments (within 10%), menu modifications, or decor changes can typically be accommodated at no extra charge if made more than 30 days before the event.

Changes requested within 15 days of the event may not be possible to accommodate. If accepted, they may incur rush fees of 20-50% of the additional service cost.

In force majeure situations, standard refund percentages may not apply. We will assess each situation individually and work toward a fair solution. We strongly recommend purchasing event insurance to protect against such circumstances.
We reserve the right to cancel bookings if:
If we cancel due to force majeure, we will provide a full refund minus any non-recoverable costs already incurred. If we cancel due to client breach of terms, the standard cancellation policy applies.
We Strongly Recommend Event Insurance
Event insurance can protect your investment against unforeseen circumstances including illness, injury, vendor no-shows, extreme weather, and other emergencies.
Insurance typically costs 1-3% of your total event budget and provides valuable peace of mind. We can provide recommendations for reputable insurance providers upon request.
If a third-party vendor (photographer, caterer, entertainment, etc.) cancels, we will make every effort to secure a suitable replacement at no additional cost. If replacement is not possible, we will provide a partial refund for that specific service component only.
If you disagree with our refund determination, please contact us in writing to request a review. We will respond within 10 business days with our final decision. If the dispute cannot be resolved through discussion, it may be referred to mediation before pursuing legal action.
