Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and our Event Management Services regarding your use of our services, including event planning, venue booking, and related services in Pokhara, Nepal. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Services

We provide comprehensive event management services including:

• Event planning and coordination for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations
• Venue booking and management at partner locations in Pokhara
• Vendor coordination including catering, decoration, entertainment, and photography
• Guest accommodation arrangements
• Transportation and logistics management
• On-site event execution and supervision

Booking and Reservations

Booking Process

To book our services, you must provide accurate and complete information about your event requirements. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us and the required deposit has been paid. Until confirmation, we reserve the right to accept or decline any booking request.

Minimum Notice

We recommend booking at least 6-12 months in advance for major events. Rush bookings may be accommodated based on availability and may incur additional fees.

Payment Terms

Pricing

All prices are quoted in Nepali Rupees (NPR) or US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will honor the quoted price.

Payment Schedule

• Deposit: 30-50% non-refundable deposit required to confirm booking
• Second Payment: 30% due 60 days before the event
• Final Payment: Remaining balance due 15 days before the event

Late Payments

Late payments may result in service disruption or cancellation. A late fee of 2% per month may be applied to overdue balances.

Additional Costs

Any changes or additions to the agreed services that result in additional costs will be communicated and require your approval before implementation.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy for detailed information about cancellations and refunds. In summary:

• Deposits are non-refundable
• Cancellations more than 90 days before the event may receive partial refund
• Cancellations less than 90 days before the event are non-refundable
• We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to force majeure events

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and timely information about your event
• Make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Respond to communications and requests for information promptly
• Obtain necessary permits or permissions for the event
• Ensure guests comply with venue rules and local laws
• Be responsible for any damage caused by you or your guests
• Provide final guest counts and menu selections by agreed deadlines

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

• Provide services with professional skill and care
• Coordinate with venues and vendors as agreed
• Keep you informed of event planning progress
• Be present on-site during your event for coordination
• Handle issues and emergencies professionally
• Maintain confidentiality of your information

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for actions of third-party vendors or venues beyond our reasonable control
• Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for our services
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• We are not responsible for personal injury or property damage except where caused by our negligence
• We are not liable for force majeure events including natural disasters, political instability, or pandemic restrictions

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, government restrictions, or venue closure. In such cases, we will work with you to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, and materials provided by us remain our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission. Photography and videography rights are subject to separate agreements with photographers.

Privacy and Data Protection

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be subject to mediation, and if necessary, the jurisdiction of courts in Pokhara, Nepal.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
